Our Indonesian Sumatra Mandheling coffee is Giling Basah processed. This unique method involves hulling the parchment off the bean at about 50 percent moisture content and then drying in the sun. This process results in a deep lingering richness and low acidity that the Sumatra region of Indonesia is known for.
