The Dark Texas Moka is a signature blend of an incredible natural processed coffee from the Eastern Highlands of Ethiopia and a sweet Giling Basah processed offering from the Aceh province of Sumatra. We dark roast this lush blend with our signature “low and slow” profile to create a heavy bodied offering with a pronounced mocha flavor that is complimented with the right amount of subtle sweet richness.
The Dark Texas Moka is a limited release due to the scarcity and availability of the coffees that we use to create this decadent blend.
