We received so much interest and feedback in our Artisan Crafted Espresso that we have finally released it for purchase on our website. We tossed out the rule book for creating a traditional espresso blend and developed something so smooth and unique that it changed the way our customers enjoy their morning brew. Our “Texas Style” espresso can capture your attention and imagination when extracted through a traditional espresso machine, as a pourover, or even brewed through a traditional drip style coffee machine.
Our “Texas Style” espresso is crafted with washed Typica, Bourbon, and Arusha varietals from the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea and specialty coffees from the "Tarrazú" and “Palmichal” growing regions of Costa Rica. We slow roast them with our signature methods to obtain a level of incredible complexity, depth, and smoothness that it is certain to take your ristretto or morning routine to the next level.
